Education has many different meanings according to each educator or leader’s experience. My concept of education is a series of qualities that best describe my experience:

You must have empathy to understand each child’s needs, while always providing them with the highest level of learning, no matter what their circumstances are.

It is also important to develop lifelong learners and understand the many abilities children have to awaken their curiosity every day.

I admire teachers because they create trust between home and school. They also foster innovative thinkers through fun and meaningful experiences and provide opportunities to help each child excel as scholars. In short, teachers never let them give up!
